As Canada prepares to co-host the FIFA World Cup 26™, there's never been a more exciting time to invest in the future of Canadian soccer. For fans in Vancouver and Toronto—two of the nation's host cities—joining CanadaRED offers a meaningful way to shape the sport's legacy in our communities while receiving a valuable tax benefit.

CanadaRED membership provides a tax-deductible donation receipt, making your contribution to Canadian soccer more affordable while directly supporting programs that matter. Your investment strengthens three vital areas that will define soccer's future in Canada.

Accessibility for Youth Soccer ensures every child can play, regardless of financial barriers. Through Soccer in Schools, the game reaches kids directly in classrooms and playgrounds across Vancouver and Toronto neighborhoods. Financial assistance programs help promising players aged 9 to 15 stay in the game, ensuring talent isn't lost due to cost. These initiatives are particularly crucial in our diverse, urban communities where opportunity gaps can prevent potential stars from ever stepping onto the pitch.

Canadian Coaching Excellence develops homegrown coaching talent to lead our National Teams. Programs like AccelerateHER have already driven a 220% increase in women participating in advanced coach education. By supporting Canadian coaches—especially women and underrepresented communities—we're building a sustainable pipeline of world-class leadership. Imagine more Canadian coaches guiding our teams to World Cup glory on home soil.

Enhanced National Team Support provides our athletes with world-class training and competitive opportunities from U15 through senior squads. Increased funding means four high-performance camps annually per age group, giving players the international experience needed to compete at the highest level.

The most popular CanadaRED package is the Premier Tier at $150, offering the perfect balance of meaningful contribution and exceptional benefits. Step up as a Premier supporter and receive priority engagement, elevated benefits, and advance access that brings you closer to Canadian soccer than ever before.

Premier Tier Benefits Include:

Understanding World Cup Ticket Access Through CanadaRED

While CanadaRED membership doesn't guarantee World Cup tickets, it does provide your best chance at securing seats through Canada Soccer's exclusive allocation. Here's what you need to know:

No Membership Level Guarantees Tickets: CanadaRED members who apply through the FIFA Ticket Office portal are not guaranteed tickets, as demand is expected to significantly exceed the available allocation. Instead, Canada Soccer uses a weighted random lottery system where higher membership tiers improve your odds.

How the Lottery System Works: An equal number of tickets is assigned to the lottery at each CanadaRED tier. Members who are unsuccessful at their tier become eligible for the lottery at progressively lower tiers. This means higher-tier members get multiple chances—first at their level, then at each lower level if unsuccessful. Free Starter tier members only get one chance in the draw.

The Capacity Reality: Canada Soccer receives eight percent of the "purchasable inventory" for each Canada match. With BMO Field's 45,000 capacity in Toronto and BC Place's 54,000 capacity in Vancouver, this translates to approximately 3,600 and 4,320 tickets respectively per match. However, the actual number available through CanadaRED is even smaller after accounting for FIFA allocations, sponsors, media, and hospitality packages. With nearly 143,000 Canadians already registered for CanadaRED, competition for tickets is fierce.

The Only Guarantee: If you want guaranteed seats, luxury hospitality packages are available—but you must purchase all six matches in Toronto or all seven in Vancouver as a venue series package, starting at $15,975 plus tax per person for Toronto and $19,860 plus tax for Vancouver.

With the World Cup arriving in Vancouver and Toronto, this is our once-in-a-generation opportunity to elevate Canadian soccer. Your tax-deductible CanadaRED membership doesn't just improve your ticket lottery odds—it invests in youth in your community, develops Canadian coaching excellence, and strengthens our National Teams as they prepare to compete on home soil.
