Created in 2018, the Imperial Commissary Collectors Convention (ICCC) is a sci-fi fan and collecting event built entirely by and for fans. With a mission to make collecting accessible and fun for everyone, ICCC celebrates vintage and modern toys, screen-used props, and pop culture through a completely volunteer-run event. No corporations—just a passionate community of fans who love to gather, share, and geek out together.
This upcoming ICCC promises to be the most exciting yet, turning Nashville into a collector’s dream destination. Fans of Star Wars, Harry Potter, Power Rangers, Jurassic Park, Indiana Jones, and more will converge for an unforgettable weekend packed with celebrity appearances, live panels, autograph sessions, cosplay showcases, and exclusive collectibles.
New for this year: lightsaber training sessions for kids and adults, interactive exhibits, family-friendly programming, and more immersive fan experiences than ever before. The event will also feature hundreds of vendors from across the U.S. and abroad, along with droid builders, podcasters, live music, and video game tournaments.
Founder Michael Havens emphasized ICCC’s core value: affordability and accessibility for the entire family. “These stories shaped our childhoods—and we want every generation to experience that magic.” Growing up a Trekkie with her dad, Les Lake, this author reminisces about fond memories of seeing what the future would hold. If you want to relive it, this is your event!
As Tennessee’s premier sci-fi convention returns, fans are urged to follow #ICCCon and prepare for a celebration that exceeds every past event.
