I’ve lived it. When I’m under the weather — tired, sick, or emotionally heavy — the food I prepare just doesn’t taste right. The spices don’t blend, the textures fall flat, and even the best recipes feel “off.” That’s because food, like us, responds to energy.

Cooking isn’t just about ingredients. It’s about intention.

When you approach the kitchen with mindfulness, gratitude, and presence — even a simple salad becomes a healing experience. But rush it, resent it, or cook while distracted, and your food will reflect that dissonance.

This is why I am always shocked when people tell me they "hate" to cook!

🌀 Your kitchen is a frequency space.
Your hands transmit energy. Your breath, your thoughts, your emotions — they’re all part of the meal. In fact, often when making my food, I stand over it, and send it good energy and say "this is going to be sooooo good!"

Personally, cooking is a form of meditation for me. And it can be for you too, if done with intention.

It's also why sacred traditions around the world pray before cooking, stir clockwise, or use chanting while preparing food. Because food is more than fuel — it’s encoded with your frequency.

💼 Business Tie-In:
As entrepreneurs, our creative energy must be protected. Cooking with intention resets your nervous system, grounds your energy, and fills your body with clarity — the fuel you need to show up and lead with presence.

So take a breath. Put on music. Light a candle. Cook with your whole self — and taste the difference.
