VANCOUVER, BC – If you haven't received notification from FIFA about your ticket application for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ matches at BC Place Stadium, it's likely you weren't selected in the third round of the random selection draw.
The latest ticket allocation phase has concluded, leaving many Vancouver-area fans disappointed but not entirely without hope. FIFA has indicated that remaining tickets may become available through a last-minute sales phase on a first-come, first-served basis as the tournament approaches.
Vancouver's World Cup Schedule Confirmed
BC Place Stadium will host five confirmed matches during the group stage, with fans set to experience world-class football in Canada's west coast hub:
Match Schedule:
- Group D | Match 6: Australia vs. UEFA Playoff C Winner - June 13
- Group B | Match 27: Canada vs. Qatar – June 18
- Group G | Match 40: New Zealand vs. Egypt – June 21
- Group B | Match 51: Switzerland vs. Team Canada – June 24
- Group G | Match 64: New Zealand vs. Belgium - June 26
Additionally, two later-round matches will take place at BC Place, though the competing teams won't be determined until after the group stage concludes.
What's Next for Hopeful Fans
For those who missed out on the latest draw, FIFA has outlined the remaining opportunities to secure tickets:
Random Selection Draw: Another application window will open shortly after the Final Draw for the FIFA World Cup 2026™, when all group-stage matchups are officially revealed. This will allow fans to apply for specific matches with knowledge of all participating teams.
Last-Minute Sales Phase: As the tournament draws closer, any remaining ticket inventory will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis – no lottery, no waiting.
All ticket sales are conducted exclusively through FIFA.com/tickets, and fans are urged to avoid unofficial sellers or third-party marketplaces.
With Team Canada playing two confirmed matches at BC Place, including a June 18 clash against Qatar and a June 24 encounter with Switzerland, demand for Vancouver's World Cup allocation is expected to remain exceptionally high.
