Impact100 Nashville will host its annual $100,000 grant award celebration this Thursday, February 26, recognizing The Nashville Food Project as the 2026 grant recipient.
The event marks the start of a new grant cycle and provides an overview of Impact100 Nashville’s collective giving model, which pools contributions from members to fund one transformational grant each year.
The Nashville Food Project was selected following a member-led review process. The organization focuses on food security, meal distribution, and workforce development. In addition to preparing and delivering meals, it coordinates partnerships between churches, businesses, and landowners with unused property and volunteers who cultivate that land for food production. The harvested food supports hunger relief organizations across Middle Tennessee.
During Thursday’s gathering, representatives from The Nashville Food Project are expected to outline how the $100,000 award will expand land partnerships, increase food production, and strengthen distribution efforts.
Impact100 Nashville operates on a collective giving model in which 100 women each contribute $1,000 annually. Members are invited to participate in reviewing grant applications and voting on the recipient. The organization’s membership drive is open through April 30, so to determine the amount of the grants for 2026. After that is complete, the call for grant application commences.
While voting membership is reserved for women, the February 26 event is open to community members and business leaders interested in learning more about the organization’s philanthropic model and potential partnership opportunities.
