The Ridge Meadows Home Show is back for another exciting year — and with it comes one of the most anticipated culinary events in the region: the Ridge Meadows Home Show Food Truck Festival. Set against the backdrop of innovation, renovation, and community spirit, this vibrant food truck gathering offers something for every appetite and age group.

Location & Dates

The festival takes place alongside the Ridge Meadows Home Show at the Maple Ridge Fairgrounds, located at 23588 Jim Robson Way, Maple Ridge. This year’s Food Truck Festival runs from Friday, May 3 to Sunday, May 5, 2025, and is open during show hours:

  • Friday, May 3 – 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
  • Saturday, May 4 – 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
  • Sunday, May 5 – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Admission to the outdoor food truck area is free, making it the perfect stop for locals and visitors alike.

What to Expect

This year’s Food Truck Festival is shaping up to be the biggest yet, featuring over 30 food trucks serving up an incredible variety of eats, treats, and drinks. Whether you’re craving gourmet comfort food, fusion cuisine, or plant-based bites, there’s something to tempt every taste bud.

Highlights include:

  • Returning Favourites like REEL Mac & Cheese, Big Red’s Poutine, Cannoli King, and Holi Masala.
  • Newcomers such as The Jerk Shack, a Caribbean BBQ sensation, and Thirsty Lemon, offering handcrafted lemonades with fresh fruit infusions.
  • Sweet Treats Galore from churros and mini donuts to rolled ice cream and bubble waffles.
  • Vegan & Gluten-Free Options available at several vendors.

Expect long lines during peak hours — a clear sign that the food is worth the wait. Many trucks also offer smaller tasting portions so you can sample a little bit of everything.

More Than Just Food

The food trucks are only part of the fun. The atmosphere is elevated by:

  • Live local music performances throughout the weekend
  • Picnic areas and covered seating to relax and enjoy your meals
  • Interactive entertainment for kids, including balloon artists and face painters
  • Easy access to explore the indoor Home Show exhibits, featuring 300+ exhibitors in home improvement, wellness, and design

Parking & Tips

Free parking is available onsite, though it fills up quickly. Bring cash or cards — most vendors accept both — and consider arriving early or later in the day to avoid peak food truck lineups.

A Community Celebration

The Ridge Meadows Home Show Food Truck Festival isn’t just about great food — it’s a celebration of Maple Ridge’s growing culture, community connection, and entrepreneurial spirit. With every bite, you’re supporting local small businesses and enjoying the best of what the Lower Mainland’s mobile culinary scene has to offer.

Whether you're stopping in for a quick bite or spending the whole day exploring the show, this festival is a must-do spring event.
