Begin by listing everything you genuinely love and consistently want to do – activities that bring you joy, happiness, and a profound sense of well-being. This "love list" is a powerful indicator of what truly lifts your spirit and aligns with your deepest desires. Pay attention to what makes you FEEL great; your intuition is all about feeling.

Next, delve into your Soul Strengths. These aren't just skills; they're innate abilities that energize and fulfill you:

·        Natural Talent: What are you exceedingly good at, things you've always had an "ability" to do? Ask trusted friends and family; their insights can be incredibly revealing.

·        Time Stops: Recall moments when you were so immersed in an activity that hours felt like minutes. This "timeless" feeling signifies a deep connection between your heart, mind, and soul.

·        Energy Giver: What activities leave you feeling energized and uplifted, rather than drained? When you tap into your soul strengths, you access an unlimited wellspring of intrinsic energy.

·        Joy in Service: Do you feel a magnetic pull to solve problems and assist others, experiencing joy in the process? This often signals a fusion of your strengths with the world's needs, revealing your true purpose.

·        Magnetic Pull: What ideas or actions consistently draw you back, even when life gets busy? These are areas where your soul is calling you to engage.

·        Never-Ending Improvement: Do certain areas of your life offer continuous growth and evolution, where your abilities seem to expand without limits? This indicates a deep resonance with your authentic self.

When you align with these inherent qualities, a powerful transformation occurs. Like a beacon, your soul begins to shine its energy through you.
