In Canada, 97% of SMEs utilizing AI cite tangible benefits, including heightened efficiency and elevated revenues, allowing owners to focus on innovation rather than administration.

By 2025, 80% plan to integrate AI chatbots for customer support, further enhancing engagement and profitability. Particularly noteworthy is how Canadian B2B services providers harness AI for marketing. Firms like Kinex Media and Martal Group employ AI-driven strategies to automate lead generation, predictive analytics, and multi-channel campaigns, increasing lead volumes by up to 50% while slashing acquisition costs.
Seventy-one percent of Canadian SMBs now use AI to refine marketing efforts, such as content creation (49% adoption) and targeted outreach, fostering stronger client relationships and competitive edges in B2B sectors.
