Nestled just four kilometres north of Whistler Village, the Meadow Park Sports Centre (MPSC) is a dynamic, multi-purpose facility that caters to both locals and visitors year-round. Known for its welcoming environment and wide range of amenities, MPSC features a 25-metre lap pool, leisure pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, squash courts, a fitness studio, and an NHL-sized ice rink. Fitness enthusiasts can enjoy a 4,500-square-foot gym equipped with modern cardio and weight machines, as well as drop-in fitness classes, such as yoga and aqua fit.

In 2025, MPSC continues to evolve with exciting new developments. The centre is set to host the Whistler International All-Star Hockey Tournament from June 13 to July 13, drawing athletes and spectators from across the continent. This major event underscores the facility’s importance as a hub for tourism and community sports. Additionally, Meadow Park is undergoing critical energy and building envelope upgrades designed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 69%, aligning with Whistler’s bold climate action plan known as the “Big Moves Strategy.”

Plans are also underway to enhance accessibility and community use through the addition of a universal change room, an updated facility entrance, and a new multipurpose room—pending federal grant approval. These upgrades will help accommodate growing usage and provide more options for event rentals and programming.

Admission rates were modestly increased in early 2024 to address rising operational costs, with adult drop-in now at $10. However, MPSC remains accessible through half-price entry on Tuesday and Friday evenings and special discounts on National Health and Fitness Day. The centre also provides four Level 2 EV charging stations, free to use 24/7.
