Over the past few years, I’ve watched something quietly dangerous unfold, not just in the headlines, but in boardrooms, communities, and conversations with leaders around the world.

What I’ve witnessed isn’t confusion.
It’s not a lack of intelligence.
It’s something deeper, and more costly: a willing slide into silence.

Too many good people have been trading clarity for comfort, truth for acceptance, and leadership for something more palatable and easy to ignore. And the price we’re paying, individually and collectively, is far too high.

I’ve carried this reflection for some time, and I’ve decided it’s time for me to speak to it directly. That’s why I’m releasing a new 5-part series called:
