Manual Instructions — How To Use This Site
Read-only operating guidance for publishers and approved users.
Step 1 — Find your platform
Use the Search and Filter Command Widget to locate the Cast or Index you want to open.
You can search by platform name, city, owner, or note, and narrow results by platform type, region, or status.
Step 2 — Open the correct guide class
Use Public Guides for outside-world users, Ecosystem Guides for publishers, editors, authors, stakeholders, and HQ operations, and Admin Command Guides for restricted build-level users.
Step 3 — Work in read-only mode
This command system is read-only for publishers and operators.
Core code, system settings, and master logic are controlled outside this layer to protect platform integrity.
Step 4 — HQ admin entry tools
The HQ Admin Data Entry widget is for controlled registry management by approved users only.
It allows record creation, editing, deletion, local saving, and JSON export/import without opening the core code layer.
